By sending an invoice for payment we are keeping our costs to run the website low which in turn keeps the price of our favours down. Everybody wins!
Once we receive full payment of your invoice we will post your order within 2 business days.
Australia Posts standard delivery times are 2 -6 business days. This may change during peak seasons such as the Christmas period.
Should we not be able to fulfil your order within 2 business you will be notified via email.
We highly suggest placing your order no less than 2 weeks prior to the date you need the favours. This allows ample time for us to make and post your order and have it delivered by Australia Post.
No, we will not provide a refund or credit for change of mind. Our favours are made to order and once posted we will not accept any returns or process any refunds.
All sales are final once we have posted your order.
Should you receive your order and you find the favours are not usable due to damage, we will happily send out replacements within 24 hours of receiving photo proof of the damaged favour/s.
No we do not offer customisation. This is another way we keep our prices so low.
We do offer to place a standard transparent "Thank you" sticker on each of your favours at no additional charge should you request it. Please see "Our Party Favours" page to view an image of the sticker we offer.
